Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
Consultations are free. We recommend one before any first-time treatment so we can walk through what's realistic for you and answer any questions in person.
How do I book an appointment?
Message the branch nearest you directly on WhatsApp — you'll find each branch's number on our Contact page.
Which branch should I go to?
Whichever is most convenient — Khalda is open Sun/Tue/Thu, Zarqa Jadida is open Sat/Mon/Wed, and Sahab is open every other Tuesday. Full addresses and hours are on the Contact page.
Treatments & Safety
Are your treatments performed by a licensed physician?
Yes. Dr. Mohammad Alshaip holds a UK medical practicing license, trained at Countess of Chester Hospital, and is a certified non-surgical aesthetics trainer through Cambridge Technical College. More on his background is on the About page.
Is it painful?
We apply a numbing cream before treatment, so most patients find the procedure comfortable with little to no pain.
Is there downtime after treatment?
Very little to none for most treatments. We use a special needle technique that avoids the bluish bruising some patients worry about, so you can typically go about your day right after your appointment — and results are often visible immediately.
How long do results last?
Results vary by treatment — we'll walk you through what to expect for your specific treatment during your consultation.
Pricing & Payment
How much do treatments cost?
Every treatment's price is listed on our Pricing page — no hidden fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash (all currencies), VISA, and CLIQ.
Practical
Do all three branches offer the same treatments?
Yes — all treatments listed on our Services page are available across Khalda, Zarqa Jadida and Sahab.
